EV drugs
Vesicles given as treatment.
Every extracellular vesicle product that a registered clinical trial gives to people, one entry per product: where the vesicles come from, how they are given, who sponsors them, how far they have got, and whether results are posted.
How this list is made: we read all 1,089 trials on our trials page and kept those whose record says an extracellular vesicle product is given to the participants or used in their own treatment: exosomes, extracellular vesicles, microvesicles, bacterial outer membrane vesicle vaccines, and secretomes or processed fluids that the record says contain vesicles (marked "Contains vesicles"). Trials that only measure vesicles in samples, or test a product only on tissue in the lab, are not listed here.
One entry per product. A product named in the record (a brand or code) gathers every trial that uses that name. A product with no name is one entry per sponsor and vesicle source. Source and route are our reading of each record's own words, shown beside each value as "Record says". Every trial links to its registry record, which is the authority on its details.
Records as processed by ClinicalTrials.gov on 2026-10-16; product grouping, source and route are our reading of each record.
