Preprints and meeting abstracts
Not peer reviewed.
Extracellular vesicle preprints and abstracts from the ISEV annual meetings. They show early and unpublished work, but none of them has been through peer review: read them as claims, not as findings.
How the preprint list is made: we read every record on bioRxiv and medRxiv and the preprints in Europe PMC, and kept those whose title or summary is about extracellular vesicles, exosomes or microvesicles (records about the RNA exosome, a different thing with the same name, are left out). One entry per preprint, newest first, with its server, the date it was first posted, its licence as the server gives it, and a link to its DOI. "Published later" means we found a journal version; the journal version is the one that was peer reviewed.
How the meeting list is made: the abstracts of the ISEV annual meetings are published as supplements of the Journal of Extracellular Vesicles. We split each abstract book into single abstracts with a script and list each abstract's title and code, linked to its book. Titles that our split clearly cut wrongly (empty, too long, an author or affiliation line, a section heading) are left out ; a few others may still be cut wrongly, and the book is the authority.
Molecules: we have also read these records by machine for the kinds of molecules they measure. Those reads have not been checked by a person yet, so they are not shown here, and molecule pages do not link to preprints yet.
Only titles, dates, servers, codes and links are shown, never summaries or full text. Titles, dates and DOIs are bibliographic facts; each preprint and each abstract book keeps its own licence, given beside it.
